The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle

"The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle" is a character driven, feature length comedy written and directed by acclaimed Seattle filmmaker David Russo.

Dory, a white collar worker, loses his job and finds himself working as a night janitor at a market research firm. He soon discovers the janitors are being experimented on surreptitiously, with unexpected results.

The film is being produced by acclaimed veteran film producer Peggy Case, and executive produced by Michael Seiwerath, Executive Director of Northwest Film Forum. “Little Dizzle” is scheduled to shoot in Seattle in May 2007.

The film is being funded through a hybrid model, using the non-profit support of Northwest Film Forum and investments made through a Limited Liability Company. “Little Dizzle” is a recipient of Northwest Film Forum’s prestigious Start-to-Finish grant. The Start-to-Finish grant provides assistance in all aspects of fundraising, providing cash donations, unlimited use of Northwest Film Forum’s production (studios & rehearsal space, cameras, lights, sound recording, etc.) and post-production resources. The producing company, Congenital Engine, LLC, has been set up for the film and is funding the production through private equity investments.
